* Please note that the age of your child does not necessarily correspond to the size of the clothes. In order to obtain the right size, the use of the size chart is essential *

Each collection has its own size chart. When an item interests you, please identify the corresponding collection in order to refer to the correct size chart.

Please consult the "How to determine the size" page for all the details.

You can send us a message at any time via Facebook or by email at blackburngymnastique@hotmail.com mentioning your two (2) sizes and we will be happy to advise you.

In order to preserve the fabric, it is strongly recommended to follow the following instructions so that the garment retains its shine and its vibrant colors.

By following these instructions, you avoid discoloration of the garment:

• Quick hand wash (do not put in washer)
• Wash in cold water
• Do not soak
• Wash inside out with mild soap
• Hang to dry (do not put in the dryer)
• Do not expose to the sun

* No contact with the washer and dryer *

*Blackburn Gymnastics does not guarantee any garment that has not been washed or dried as indicated in our recommendations *

We make no warranty for any of the following:

• Discoloration of clothes
• Bleaching of clothes due to application of antiperspirant and/or perspiration
• Stretching of threads or snags caused by Velcro or other objects

Processing time may vary during peak periods . Orders normally take four (4) to ten (10) BUSINESS days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) to leave our store.

STANDARD delivery is provided by Canada Post. No tracking number will be transmitted. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Also watch your spam box. We have no control over Canada Post delivery times.

Please note that your order may be shipped from multiple locations and you may receive your items on different dates. Therefore, you will only pay one (1) shipping fee.

Price increases from our suppliers may subject us to price variations. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The taxes applied to your order are in accordance with the applicable federal and provincial levels:

PAYMENT

All prices are in Canadian dollars. It is possible to change the currency in the top of the Blackburn Gymnastics website. The types of payments accepted are all indicated at the bottom of the site.

Within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, you may request a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

• The article must not have been worn (for fitting only with underwear)
• The item must not have been washed
• The original tags must remain on the item

We guarantee our customers that our clothes are new and never worn. Therefore, it is important for us to respect this commitment.

You MUST send an email to blackburngymnastique@hotmail.com to schedule a return or exchange. Each package returned WITHOUT our consent will not be considered.

The return of items to the store is at the customer's expense. For an exchange, BG will bear the costs for the replacement package.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the requested conditions have not been met. If so, the item will be returned to you.

Items that have been laundered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

In the case of a refund, upon receipt of the returned items, any sum debited from your credit card will be credited as soon as possible.
