Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store. However, you can find our products in some stores. Maybe a store near you has Blackburn Gymnastics products in stock? Contact us and we will be happy to refer you to the store closest to you.


Do you deliver everywhere in Quebec?

Yes. We ship across Canada and everywhere else.

How to track my order?

In order to offer you affordable shipping costs, tracking data is not available because we use Canada Post's "Standard Parcel" shipping service. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves the store. Monitor your "junk mail" folder. Your order will arrive shortly.

If I order multiple items, do they arrive in the same shipment?

Due to our two (2) distribution centers located at two (2) separate addresses and depending on the location of the items ordered, the items may not be in the same shipment. Which implies that an article can arrive a few days before the other. Therefore, you will only pay one (1) shipping fee. In this case, you will have a notice in your package.
